Kelingking Beach Viewpoint

The Kelingking viewpoint sits on the southwest coast of Nusa Penida, looking down over a limestone headland eroded into a shape widely compared to a T-Rex head, with a narrow, brilliantly turquoise cove and a strip of white sand far below. A steep, unpaved trail with rope-assisted sections and loose steps drops several hundred metres from the clifftop to the beach, a descent that takes about 30 to 45 minutes and is not maintained to any formal safety standard. Most visitors stop at the top platforms, which already give an open, uninterrupted view over the bay.
