About
Standing alone on a gentle slope on the south-eastern side of Mykonos Town, Boni's Windmill is a 16th-century structure built of local limestone that today houses the island's Agricultural Museum. It is the only Mykonos windmill open to the public, with exhibits on traditional grain-grinding and rural life in the Cyclades. From the hill around it, the view opens over Chora's rooftops and the harbour to the open Aegean Sea, and it is reachable on foot in about fifteen minutes from the town centre.
